FAQ

How hard is it?

Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing participants to stick to the programme and achieve long-term health benefits.

Zumba works your cardio-vascular system to bring on a sweat and makes you feel out of breath. It works your legs, core and arms to develop muscle tone. You might ache the next day!
