What is it?

STRONG by Zumba® is a high intensity exercise class, not a dance class! STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. It is a workout for your entire body; in each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.

How hard is it?


STRONG by Zumba® is designed for all participants at every level of fitness. There are variations of every move which allow for a lower, intermediate or higher ability. Almost everyone is capable of joining this class – if you have specific physical restrictions it’s best to talk to me beforehand.




What do I need?


Exercise clothing including trainers. Water and a towel!

Mats are used for the floorwork part of the class, these will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.




Can I try it out before committing?


Yes absolutely. There is no booking system for this class, you come along when you can and pay as you go. So, feel free to come and give it a try!




What does it cost?


Classes are £8 pay-as-you-go. I take cards or cash. You’ll get a loyalty card and every 10th class you attend is FREE!!




Who is it for?


Anyone who wants to get fitter, stronger, more toned and feel great. It’s ideal for those looking to increase weight-bearing exercise without having to turn to the gym. If you are less fit than you would like to be, this class will inspire you to new levels of achievement. If you are already fit and looking for a new challenge, this class will motivate you to drive yourself to new goals.
